Our Express line of products comes in three levels, catering to a range of cooking experiences, inclinations or time available:
1. Heat and Serve - these items are designed to be deliciously simple, and include our sauces and Cassis and Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs. All you do is remove the food from the vacuum packed bag, heat in the oven or microwave, arrange artfully on a plate and serve.
2. Finish and Serve - these items are seared on one side or partially cooked, such as the Organic Chicken Breast, or seared fish. All you do is finish them off, using our easy instructions, plate and serve.
3. Cook and Serve - these items have been marinated or prepared, ready for you to grill, bake or boil. They include dishes such as our Chipotle Flat Iron Steak, or our Butternut Squash Ravioli.

At Quince we support the use of non-disposables. All pick-up caterings are therefore plated on ceramic platters. In the case of hot food, we will plate on trays which go directly into the oven with ceramic platters on the side.
